Germany presses for all its processors to install detection system Laemmel

Germany processors X-label has decided to install all the press Laemmel’s detection system. From companies Nyscan series Laemmel detection system to ensure 100% quality inspection of goods in China and India, which ensured the X-label company in its entire production process of all the width of product quality testing.

With high-resolution camera detection performance, all detected faults in the printing have been permanently stored in the roll protocol (record of the agreement). These roll protocol in the next NYSCAN Work-Flow used in India after the sub-cut, then rewinding the paper on the stage to detect the location of the point of failure. As a result, operators can be printed out with the naked eye inspection of the heavy labor.

X-label workflow of the core of the program by drawing on the existing BDE automatic bar code identification, coupled with the central server to store all the records of all the press reports, and the central server and quality control departments (QC) is directly connected to the system. This level of integration is the first in the industry and, therefore, the quality control department will be able to fully control whether to accept or reject the defects detected, and through strong Nyscan Roll: Scheduler software is to determine a single fault or failure to repeat.

In order to ensure that the right to load the roll protocol, the need to use BDE and hand-held bar code scanners. After a good roll protocol editor, QC will be revised to re-file storage to a central server, each cutting, rewinding equipment to pass through the bar code scanner for a visit.

After QC editor of downtime point automatically and accurately locate small fault was amended, slightly larger than the failure to remove directly. The feasibility of the ultimate solution has been in the X-label success of the company to complete the installation and will be X-label all the plant’s two printing presses and cut – Rewinding machine into operation.
